Shipping Rate

For Prints: Due to recent shipping rate increases, US flat rate shipping is now $5.99, and international flat rate shipping is now $19.99. Sticker-only orders ship for free within the US by stamp mail. Please note that stamp mail does not include tracking.

For Originals: Shipping rates vary depending on packaging size, destination, and other factors. Once the destination is confirmed, I will reach out with shipping details. Local pickup is also available.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs authority if you are unsure. In most cases, art prints are not charged additional duties, but this varies by country.

Insurance

All orders are insured for the value of the artwork while in transit. If tracking shows that a package was lost before delivery, please contact me and I will help you with the insurance claim process.

Refund Policy

Refunds or reshipment is allowed in the event of merchandise that is lost or damaged upon arrival. Otherwise, refunds and exchanges are not allowed. To request a refund or reshipment, please email me at chanikitaa@gmail.com
